forgot passcode due to having a new phone how can I unlock to use for music

I have a new I phone 6 and turned on y old on a 4s and will not except the passcode that I had for it now. What can I do to just get into it to use for music

Try to remember the passcode. Or you can put it in DFU mode and connect to iTunes on computer and restore. You will lose any data on the phone. But options are few.
