My iPad is stuck and won't power off. All the screen is shaking

It also won't charge if plugged in. Really stuck Help

Press and hold the sleep/awake button and the home button at the same time until the screen goes black. Then let go and turn the iPad on like normal. That is how you hard reset the device.
