When I first purchased my IPhone 6 and plugged it into my HP laptop, a box would appear on my laptop giving me several options. One was to copy or move all new photos and videos from my phone to my laptop. This box no longer appears. I am not sure, but it seemed to stop happening when I downloaded "Dropbox" so a friend could send information to me. How do I get this feature back? Thank you!

Install Dropbox on the HP laptop as well as the IP 6, Read the best way on Dropbox based on your configuration for the devices how to transfer but normally you just drag and drop and thats it.
