Emails won't download ever since I updated to iOS 9!

Here is the message I get when trying to re-open an email after just 24 hours of receiving the email. Why is this happening?

Here is what the email says after sitting in my inbox for about 24 hours!

"This message has not been downloaded from the server.

Here is what the email says after sitting in my inbox for about 24 hours!

"This message has not been downloaded from the server.

I would suggest you delete your email account, do a hard reset and then reinstall your email account.
