go into your settings and scroll to Cellular... scroll to the bottom of the long list of your apps and you will see where it says WI-FI Assist and toggle it off. That is it. There is also a long article written about the extra cellular data people are experiencing by this being on so keep an out out. This is on the iMore blog.
