Hello!

I'm pretty sure you're gonna have some problems, with that old OS (snow leopard) specially since you need the latest (or a newer) iTunes version and also for the iPhones themselves. I think you probably will have to start thinking about upgrading though.

I can confirm that you will have issues. You will only be able to restore through an iCloud backup, not an iTunes backup. I ran into this myself.
