Lost the option to send a pictures through my messages from my camera on my 6s, how can I get back

I don't seem to have the option to send a picture in messages from my gallery. How can I get this option back?

1. From within the Photos app, select the photo you want to send via the Messages app.
2. Select the share option (square w/arrow pointing up).
3. Select the Messages icon from the list of choice.
