After the 9 update, the red is permanently above the green phone button. When I click on it, it indicates the voicemail, I try to set it up using passcode, but it keeps coming up as unavailable! Try again later, this has been over a week now? Any help would be fab 😊

Red dot does indicate you have voicemail.... contact your carrier if any issues accessing voicemail. Once you can access and listen to them, it will disappear (the red dot).
