Why are all the apps not visible in iTunes for transferring data or music etc?

All apps are not vissible in itunes for tranferring data from phone to computer just some of the apps are showing but which i want are not vissible to me
How i can transfer my songs from idownloader to computer this app is not vissible in itunes

I am not quite sure what you are trying to achieve, I seem to get it but maybe a bit more info?

Only apps supporting data transfer are showed there. The rest doesn't support data transfer.

I have a idownloader for music and video downloads and i wanna to transfer data from downloader to computer but the problem is the downloader is not vissible in itunes
This is my prblm plz suggest me
