In IOS 8 (iPhone) when you opened the Notes app you would see a one-line entry for each note that was saved. Then you could tap on the note and it would open. Now I see the Title of the note (the first line of the note) on line 1. On line 2 is the date the note was last updated along with the first line of the note text. Line 3 is a line separator. As a result many fewer notes are displayed on this "home" page of the notes.
