my iphone4s-is working with voice effect--how to bring to normal with no voice

Due to some misadventure of mine on the phone --my iphone
4s is now functioning with auto directional voice-,It also need to be double tapped for any operation of the key. Pl advise be as to how to bring it back to normal working mode
