Why is my phone calls showing up on my wife's phone call list

I just upgraded to the ios9 on my iPhone 5s and my wife's iPhone 5s. I made a call and it phone number showed up on my wife's recent call list. Any recommendations?

Are you sharing an iCloud account? Specifically, are you sharing Contacts via a shared iCloud account? That's usually the reason.
