Private messages from contacts only

Hi!
I cannot pm people using Tapatalk. I keep receiving a message on my tablet that the recipient(s) would be unable to reply because my 'settings' would be set to 'contacts only'.
Anyone had that happening to them before? How did you solve that? I did not find such a setting.

And I tried on Tapatalk's forums, it was not of much help.. Oh and do not get me started on their non-existant customer support, please

I would look for a better app, one where the developer(s) care enough to support it.

Omg I am so dumb XD I was looking on Tapatalk's website because, since I am using their app, I thought it had to be done on their side haha!
