How can I move a calculator app to utilities icon on my iPad?

I am unable to move it when icon jiggles because it continually returns to same page. Thanks for any suggestions

You can also if you use iTunes to go to the section that shows ALL your screens with apps of course once you plug in your phone and it shows it, Pull the app off the screen and hold it and drag it to the screen with the Utilities folder as it will close the one you dragged and pop up this one and then drop it on the utilities folder - That is it.
