This site says the 99? iCloud plan buys 50GB. Apple's site says 20GB. Which is correct?

Confused over the 99? iCloud plan. iMore story and Apple's site show 50 & 20 GB respectively. Is this a timing issue? Or is one incorrect?

Actually, it's available now. As soon as I updated to iOS 9, my iCloud storage changed from 20GB to 50GB.

I received this email yesterday and the increase in storage is showing on my iCloud.

Edit: Increase occurred when I updated to iOS 9.

What do you see when you go to Settings > iCloud > Storage Plan > Change Storage Plan?

Mine was like that too but I just checked it and now it's at 50gb on all my devices.
