    I brought second hand iphone 4. while creating icloud account am getting an error like maximum number of icloud has been created?
    now what to do?

    Unless you made an error trying to come up with an Apple ID and password for the iCloud act, There should be no reason.
    If having trouble still go to www.apple.com/support and look at the iCloud requirements.

    To be able to use iCloud on that device, you're going to have to use of the iCloud accounts already associated with it, but since you bought it secondhand, it's safe to assume you will be unable to do that. Having said that, you may have to configure a different account on the device - Google, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL, to name a few, comes to mind.

    There's a maximum of 3 free iCloud accounts that can be created on a device. You have have a device that has already reached that limit.
