    Moved back to USA 6/4/15. Message indicates this as the date of last complete backup. Not sure where to go from here. Cannot get iCloud to backup. I appreciate all suggestions. Help!

    Try turning off backups in iCloud setting then log out of iCloud on it - reboot - then log back into iCloud and turn on backups - initiate a manual back up and see if that works...
