I thought I might have turned it off, but, according to Settings, it is still on. I can't even initiate an iCloud backup, because I cannot find "iCloud back up" in Settings. I can go into Settings, choose iCloud drive, but I cannot find iCloud backup listed. I am running the latest version of iOS. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you

    It's right there for me:
Settings > iCloud > (scroll to) Backup > Back Up Now

Scroll down to Back Up which is a green curved arrow once you go into the iCloud screen.
It's not *inside* the iCloud screen.
