Either update to the latest beta or restore your phone with iOS 8.4.1.

I have the same problem. For now all you can do is wait till iOS 9 comes out which is a few weeks after September 9. When it comes out just connect it to your computer and press "Check for update" and it should update by it's self.

First of all, make sure that youre running the latest version if iTunes. Then, just put your device in DFU mode and connect it to your computer/iTunes. It will download the latest iOS and install it for you. Good luck.
