How can i unsync my iphone from my ipad without having my ipad with me?

My iPad was given to me to borrow and I synced it with my phone, both the apple id and my messages. I gave it back some time ago, but I just got a notification that someone was using my apple id and my information on the same ipad. is there any way that I can unsync my phone from it to get the information off ? thanks

Ask the person that now has the device to sign out of iCloud and the iTunes store via the Settings app...

Or - if the person refuses and you had activated the 'Find' app - you can use the 'Find' app on your iPhone to remotely wipe the iPad. That will remove your info from it...
