My iPad will not come on, it was on charge overnight but still won't wake! What should I do?

IPad will not come on, it was on charge overnight but still won't wake!

The IPad was being used as normal and it was noticed that the battery needed charging, it was plugged into the usb charger but it has not come on since!
Is there a m anual re-set on these?

Push/hold the home & power buttons at the same time for up to 20-45 seconds... let go when/if an Apple logo appears...
