How do I get a refund from a failed App Store purchase?

Aug. 17th, 2015 around 5:30 purchased a study bible from APP store. purchased went through and credited $16.xx but in a message showing purchased fail.

how do I get the fund back!

no way to contact any one from the seller!

First of all, do not post your email address in a post. We are NOT Apple! Having said that, notify Apple Support and they will typically do whatever they can to rectify the situation. They've always exceeded my expectations when I needed their assistance.

After re-reading your post, I have a couple of questions:

1. Is the Study Bible on your device and/or does it display among your 'purchased' apps?

2. Have you checked your account as of late to see if your money has been refunded to your account?
