Hi.I got conditioner in my sister's ipad.Can you help me?

Okay so what happen was I was getting ready to take my bath so I got the conditioner bottle off the bathtube floor and set it where I set the iPad then after I was done went to put up the conditioner it spilled on the iPad onto a crack.i got it up but then I made a BIG mistake I put it on the charger and fell asleep.Then I tried to turn it on and it went to the apple screen and then to a weird screw can you help me?
