Cannot archive backup

So I'm ready perhaps to try out the public beta. However when I click on the backup (or ctrl click) the backup is only highlighted but doesn't give me option for archive?

Now when looking guide for it and noticed that my backup version has small lock icon on it. Does that prevent me from archiving it?

It seems that lock icon was indicator for backup being encrypted. Tried to make backup without encryption and still it doesn't give any options when right clicking the backup or ctrl clicking. There is only option to remove backup.
Any help?

Thanks. Seems that pc users has to run another mile in this

What I gathered from that guide is that I have to rename the backup folder in windows. Then it should work. And I can copy the renamed folder if I want to be safe.
Does the backup to iCloud work as well as it does from my computer backup?
