How do I ungroup icons on "books"?

I inadvertently put one icon on top of another and they are on "books" together. How do I get them back to being individual icons?

I'm not sure what you're talking about as I can't replicate it... try deleting the item(s) in question and re-download.

Is the OP talking about a regular folder on the phone and not, perhaps, actually in iBooks?
