    Our son is reportedly (from community members) engaging is delinquent behavior. He communicates mostly via text and iMessage. Can I add an account so that me or my wife can see his incoming and outgoing messages? I have an iPad, my wife has an iPhone. I know this sounds bad, but he is only 16 and we are concerned.

    If he is your child, take his phone, make him unlock it, and then view the contents therein. Period.
