Is there an e-mail address for Apple Customer service? (NOT TECH SUPPORT)

I've searched far and wide, but there does not seem to be an email address for Apple Customer service... does one exist? I had a surprisingly horrible experience with a tech support call this morning for my new MBA and would like to document my dissatisfaction in writing to Apple. The person I spoke with, a "Senior" support specialist refused to give me any information concerning his supervisor for me to speak to. (This guy actually claimed he did not have a supervisor).

Aside from directly writing to Tim Cook, I'm unsure what to do. I no longer am in need of tech support, but am looking for CUSTOMER support.

Contact Apple Support - Apple Support ... Click "Get Started" and drill down through the options... you can submit non technical issues via that process.
