I've searched far and wide, but there does not seem to be an email address for Apple Customer service... does one exist? I had a surprisingly horrible experience with a tech support call this morning for my new MBA and would like to document my dissatisfaction in writing to Apple. The person I spoke with, a "Senior" support specialist refused to give me any information concerning his supervisor for me to speak to. (This guy actually claimed he did not have a supervisor).
Aside from directly writing to Tim Cook, I'm unsure what to do. I no longer am in need of tech support, but am looking for CUSTOMER support.
