I can't say for certain, but I doubt you can upload a photo to the Apple Website just for the purpose of showing it off. Having said that, you can join iMore and become a member and then post your photo in the photography forum as long as it's in accordance with our rules and guidelines.

There isn't a way to submit it directly to Apple for use in the iPhone Photography World Gallery. The picture has to be posted elsewhere (flickr, Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, etc) and then gain popularity from there before Apple will take notice as far as I know.
