Is there a way to retrieve photo deleted from the recently deleted folder?

I'm desperately trying to retrieve a couple photos I deleted from the recently deleted folder. I've tried ITunes, other iOS photo recovery software. Is there any way to get the photo back?

No. The photos are gone unless you have a backup of them.

Try doing restore from an old back up file and the photos should com back.
