How do i set phone so when receiving a text that person's name doesnt appear on screen @ that time

When i receive a text message the person's name appears on screen. Is there a way do stop this?

Settings -> Notifications -> Messages ->
scroll down to the bottom and now turn the option for Show on Lock Screen to Off.
