So I need to export some of my latest photos from my iPhone 6 to my PC. I have had iOS 9 since June 9th and from then I couldn't export my photos via My Computer > Import Pictures & Videos since my PC doesn't recognize my iPhone as a "Photo Device" (but iTunes sync still works flawlessly). I have very, very large Photo library 32k Photos & Videos but most of those are exported to my PC. Only 3k photos/videos couldn't be exported.

Please if you could tell me any photo export/import tool for my iPhone, but only free ones since I'm not planning to pay around 50$ to export/import so many photos.

Follow the steps found via the following link. No need for an app.

Tried everything, nothing worked. I don't have access to any another computer to try it.

My last solution is some kind of tool/app.

Okay.......While you're awaiting someone to join iMore and offer the exact solution you're looking for, feel free to try USB drive apps like Phone Drive, or Goodreader. You can also upload your photos and videos to cloud services like Dropbox, box, Google Drive, iCloud Drive and then download them to your PC.

My Dropbox is full and I could upload my photos & videos to Google Photos if my internet upload speed isn't 0.2 mbps so
I'll try Photo Drive and Goodreader. Are those two tools, I connect my iPhone via USB to PC and export photos & videos?

No. They create a temporary local web server that you access via a web browser on your computer and you can download them from there.

It doesn't use the Internet. It uses a local web server between your phone and computer.

Goodreader is for PDFs and I'm unable to find Photo Drive. Any links?

Goodreader can also store photos and videos. I have used it on numerous occasions for both. Once you attach your device to your computer and fire up the computer's iTunes app, you can drag and drop to and from Goodreader and your computer. As for Phone Drive,
