How do I arrange the apps on home page of my iPad?

Tap and hold the app until it wiggles. Then you can slide it to any page you want, just drag it to the edge of the current page and it will slide the next page into view.

Once you have it where you want, press the home button to stop the apps from wiggling.

Press your finger down on any app until the app wiggles then put your finger on the app you want to move, drag it over to the side of your screen and it will cross over to a new page, once done click the home or power button to stop the apps from wiggling.
