Aren't they all made in China? Can you more specific? You don't get Internet? Do you have a good wifi signal? Does it work on Cellular?

1. Make sure that the Wi-Fi network you're trying to connect to is allowing access. Some networks has measures in place to prevent unauthorized use.
2. If the Wi-Fi network you're trying to connect to requires a passcode, be sure to enter it correctly.
3. Go to Settings - Wi-Fi on your iPhone and then make sure that Wi-Fi is enabled.

I would try with a known Wi-Fi network your own, work network to see if its the Wi-Fi on the phone or something is wrong with it. You can always start fresh and just test Wi-Fi first then restore if you find that it then works or doesn't wok.
