Why does Wi-Fi keep turning off on my iPhone 5C?

the wifi on my phone says its on and then it turns off wondering why it keeps doing that

I don't know. Is it possible that your device is being booted from the network?

It cant hurt to reset the network settings as well.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
