Okay so recently I've been having a bit of trouble with my iPhone 5c.. every few minutes it would freeze for about a minute and then restart itself and it would keep doing that. I found that it had erased all of my notes and my stories on [redacted].. is this a hardware issue? I was thinking about bringing it into a phone shop and trying to fix it but I'm afraid that it might wipe all of my photos and videos and I haven't got them backed up ( feeling stupid now). It keeps popping up on my phone that the storage is full so could that be the problem?? I deleted most of my photos and apps but it's still coming up. It could be working perfectly one minute and then suddenly freezes and crashes. Most of my apps are crashing when I go into them, especially Facebook. I went into my photos yesterday and it said that I had none.. but when it restarted itself again they were there.. Should I get a new phone or can this be fixed?
