My iPad is completely locked-up with: ?Sign in to iCloud? and asking me for my password, which I?ve forgotten?.. I used to be able to hit cancel and it would go away, at least for a few days. Now I cannot use my iPad as it?s always shows up. Please offer HELP.

What do you mean it's locked-up? Can you use the safari app on the iPad at least? I mean, can you access the home screen? Or you just can not pass the locks screen pass code?
