    LOL, you do know that iMore is a Apple/iPhone site. I would also say iPhone has the best interface....I could be a "little" bias though.

    ...err....a rotary dial phone? For that classic, simple, streamlined UI. There is some slight lag though as you wait for the dial to reset after dialing each number....j/k

    Since this is an Apple themed site you'll likely read that the iPhone is best from most responders. However, I will offer that Android's UI may be an powerful option since it is totally customizable. It can be as simple or complex depending on your desire and can change with almost telepathic ease should you want it to. That said, the iPhone's known UI appeals to many for good reason.
