    I disabled the "iCloud Photo Library" and the other option about Flow and now most of my pics are gone. I re-enabled those options, but my photos did not come back! Does anybody knows about the problem? Are my photos lost?

    If you went to Settings > iCloud > Photos and turned off iCloud Photo Library on your iOS device then your photos should still be present in your iCloud Photo Library online at the iCloud website. Having said that, login to the iCloud website via a computer to download your photos.
