How can I get Winterboard to work on my iPhone 5S?

No matter what theme I try to install winterboard doesn't work. I've tried 10+ themes and they don't work. Please help

Idk if winterboard is broken or not but on youtube people are using it no problem. I'm on IOS 8.3 TaiG Jailbreak with Substrate updated. Most tweaks work but I can't figure out winterboard for some reason.
