How can I use Game Center to play Clash of Clans on both my iPhone 5S and my iPod?

I have an iPhone 5s and an iPod touch that both have a clash of clans account I would like to use Game Center to on my iPhone 5s to play both accounts

I think you just go to Settings > Game Center > sign out of one account, then sign in to the other. I don't think there's an easier way to switch. I could be wrong though. But you can't play both on the same app.
