    I have a song that is appearing on the playlist on my pc but it is not appearing on the same playlist on my iPhone 5s. I've tried syncing and I doesn't fix the problem.

    Have your tried to uncheck "Sync Music" and apply (iTunes). Then recheck "Sync Music" and apply.
