Do you mean PowerPoint slide show? You don't need to convert...just print within the PowerPoint app.

There does not appear to be a simple way to convert a slideshare to Word if the presentation has been protected by the author. Your best bet would be to do a series of screenshots.

If it hasn't been protected, then typically you can download it as a PowerPoint presentation.
