    When i'm on wifi i get instant whatsapp notifications but when i'm on cellular data i don't receive instant notifications. Background app refresh for app is turned on and i also enabled whatsapp to use cellular data. I have to open Whatsapp for me to get messages and when i open it all the messages come right through. Please help.

    I assume you get them in the same manner as any other app. Go to Settings- Notifications and then make sure the settings are correct for the app you mentioned. If the app has an in-app option or settings, make sure it's set correctly.
