Apple music and beats music

What is the difference between Apple music that is scheduled to be released by the end of this month and beats music.? To me they look essentially the same. Beats music offers unlimited access to all music, ability to create playlists and having access to curated music lists.

I don't think anyone has Apple Music yet. My guess is it's basically the same with Apple Music being...well...Apple.
