I need to change the passcode on my daughters restrictions, how do I do this?

My daughter figured out the passcode on the restrictions on her iphone 5S. I need t reset the password so I can continue to restrict what apps she uses. Is there a way to do this?

Disable and then enable Restrictions to enter a new passcode.

If you're saying that she allegedly has changed the passcode you initially set then you will have to restore the device to its native state in order to remove it.
