Refer to qualified service personnel... If less than a year old, an Apple Genius Bar for warranty or AppleCare+ replacement... Or an Apple Authorized repair center...

In the meantime you can use the virtual home button:

Settings
General
Accessibility
Assistive Touch
On

This will place a virtual Home Button on the bottom of your screen. You can move it as well.

This came in handy for me when my battery bloated and my home button stopped working because it was separated from the screen.
