my contact icon is no longer on my phone. It seems I have to go into my phone to get my contact information. Someone suggested going into the utility folder. However I'm having hard time locating my utility folder. Any suggestions?

Look for the Extras folder instead.

Also, you can search in the Spotlight Search by pulling down on the Home Screen and it will indicate in which folder the Contacts app is located.

Just pull down on the screen and use Spotlight to search for Contacts. It will tell you what folder it is in, if it is in a folder.

Also, you can access contacts via the phone app. That's about the only way I do it. I don't use the Contacts app except to look up something while talking on the phone.
