how to convert .jar files to IPA ?

IM trying to install cell detective on my iPhone to monitor my kids. its a zip file that contains .jar , .class . .far . I downloaded it to my computer then transferred it to my iPhone using ifile . but cant fined a program to open it or read it or convert it to IPA . can you help me with that please. thanks in advance

Can't be done without jailbreaking... and current iOSes are not yet jailbreakable.
