    I have Pick Lock installed on my iPhone 5s. Am I able to transfer all my contents (all passwords only) to my PC?

    I have both a Mac and a PC. With Windows 7, 8, and 10.
    Any additional information needed?

    Being that I've never heard of or used the app, I do not know, but hopefully someone who has will respond soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact the app's developer. That may be your best course of action in this regard.
